- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and gift cards.
Return Process:

- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any other required information.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Exchanges:
